2. Express your interest by writing an e-mail or by calling us.
When you find a pet you think is a good match, you can quickly contact us. You will accept a visit from us. If the location is too far, you will need to fill out a questionnaire. You will be asked to provide videos and photos of the pet’s new home. If everything works fine, we will sign an adoption contract.

3. You’ll be invited to meet the pet, if possible.

This ensures that you get a good sense of their temperament and characteristics. However you meet, whether in person or online, we’ll guide you through everything beforehand. We will answer any questions about the pet’s care, behavior, and needs. You will feel fully prepared and informed before making any decisions. Understanding each pet’s individuality helps create a more fulfilling and lasting bond.
4. Taking your pet home
We’ll discuss with you beforehand what you’ll need to bring. This will make sure you take them home safely and guarantee their comfort during the journey. Additionally, we will give detailed guidance on preparing your home for your new friend. This will cover everything from choosing the right space to setting up a cozy resting area. We will be there to guide you through the first days with your new companion. We will offer tips and support. These will help you both adjust to this exciting new chapter in your lives.
